Open Yoga Classes with Danielle Yeo Active, flowing, Hatha/Jivamukti yoga to rejuvenate and harmonise body mind and soul. These mixed level classes incorporate pranayama (breathing exercises), vinyasa (flow yoga) and meditation in addition to asana (the postures). Danielle has been practicing yoga for over 18 years and teaching in Australia before moving to Fuerteventura this year. Her classes are friendly, relaxed and down to earth, with application to daily modern life. Regular practice allows the body to become stronger, leaner, fitter and healthier, the mind to experience tranquillity, clarity and focus and the soul to soar. COME AND JOIN US! (Classes are taught in English but Danielle also speaks fluent Spanish.)
